이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 Opens Corporation(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 Opens 서비스(앱과 opens.life, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)
이 약관은 서비스 화면 또는 이 페이지에 게시하여 효력이 생깁니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)까지 공지합니다. 변경에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
제3조 (가입)
- 이용자는 이메일 인증, Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 가입하며, 이 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의해야 합니다.
- 만 14세 미만은 가입할 수 없습니다.
- 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보로 가입해서는 안 됩니다.
제4조 (계정 관리)
이용자는 자신의 계정과 로그인 수단(이메일, Google·Apple 계정, 기기)을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다. 계정이 도용되었다고 의심되면 즉시 회사에 알려야 합니다.
제5조 (서비스의 내용)
회사는 게시물·답글 작성, 팔로우, 구독, 해시태그, 검색(이미지 검색 포함), 알림, 제품과 장소 정보 등록 등의 기능을 제공합니다. 회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사전에 공지합니다.
제6조 (이용자 콘텐츠)
- 이용자가 게시한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 이용자는 회사가 서비스를 운영·표시·개선하는 데 필요한 범위에서 그 콘텐츠를 저장, 복제, 변환(썸네일·화질 변환 등), 전송, 표시할 수 있는 무상의 비독점적 권리를 회사에 부여합니다. 이 권리는 콘텐츠를 삭제하면 종료됩니다. 다만 다른 이용자가 이미 공유한 범위와 백업에 남은 사본은 예외로 합니다.
- 공개로 게시한 콘텐츠는 다른 이용자와 인터넷에 공개됩니다.
- 등록하는 제품과 장소 정보는 사실에 맞아야 하며, 회사의 심사를 거쳐 노출이 제한될 수 있습니다.
제7조 (금지 행위)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리(저작권, 초상권, 개인정보 등)를 침해하는 콘텐츠 게시
- 음란물, 폭력·혐오 표현, 괴롭힘, 사기·허위 정보 게시
- 스팸, 광고 도배, 자동화 수단을 이용한 대량 요청
- 타인 사칭 또는 계정 도용
- 서비스의 보안을 우회하거나 운영을 방해하는 행위
제8조 (게시물 관리와 이용 제한)
회사는 신고를 받거나 이 약관 또는 법령 위반을 확인하면 해당 콘텐츠를 숨기거나 삭제하고, 계정 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 조치에 대해 아래 연락처로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (탈퇴)
이용자는 언제든지 앱에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제 후 30일 동안은 복구할 수 있으며, 그 뒤 개인정보는 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
제10조 (책임의 제한)
회사는 천재지변, 정전, 통신 장애 등 회사의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사는 이용자가 게시한 콘텐츠의 정확성이나 이용자 간 거래에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 예외로 합니다. 서비스는 무료로 제공됩니다.
제11조 (준거법과 분쟁 해결)
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Opens service (the app and opens.life), operated by Opens Corporation ("we"). If this English version differs from the Korean version above, the Korean version prevails.
1. Changes
We'll post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before if they affect you adversely. If you don't agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
2. Accounts
- You sign up with email verification, or with a Google or Apple account, and must agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
- You must be at least 14 years old.
- Don't sign up with someone else's details or with false information.
- Keep your sign-in methods secure, and tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
3. The service
Opens provides posts and replies, following, subscriptions, hashtags, search (including image search), notifications, and pages for product and place information. We may change or discontinue parts of the service for operational or technical reasons, and we'll give notice of significant changes in advance.
4. Your content
- You keep the copyright in what you post.
- You give us a free, non-exclusive right to store, copy, convert (for example, thumbnails and video transcoding), transmit and display your content as needed to operate, display and improve the service. This right ends when you delete the content, except for what other users have already shared and copies remaining in backups.
- Anyone on the internet, including other users, can see content you post publicly.
- Product and place information you register must be accurate, and its visibility may be limited after our review.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- post unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights such as copyright, likeness or privacy;
- post sexually explicit material, violent or hateful content, harassment, scams or false information;
- send spam or flood the service with ads, or send bulk automated requests;
- impersonate others or use someone else's account;
- bypass the service's security or disrupt its operation.
6. Enforcement
If content is reported, or we find it breaks these terms or the law, we may hide or remove it and restrict the account. You can appeal using the contact details below.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time. You can restore it for 30 days, after which your personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided free of charge. We aren't liable for interruptions beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages or network failures. We aren't liable for the accuracy of user content or for dealings between users. This doesn't apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
